I started my journey with Annapurna as an FCO in Khurda branch in the year 2006. I was a new entrant to the microfinance sector at that time when I got the opportunity to learn from the company. I was quickly promoted to being Appraisal Officer.

I served in that position for about 3 years when I was again promoted to Branch Manager of Nayagarh branch of Odisha. On seeing my dedication and performance as a Branch Manager, my seniors promoted me to the position of Area Manager of Angul, Odisha.

I have been working with Annapurna Microfinance for 10 years now. The company’s vision of empowering women and its social objective of development of the rural and vulnerable sector has given me a satisfaction. I have experienced personal development in this company.
