I joined as a Branch Manager of Khurda branch in Odisha in the year 2006. My first promotion was to the Area Manager of Aska – Ganjam district in the year 2008, where I established 5 branches. Being content with my work, my seniors at Annapurna made me the Area Manager in the Western region in the year 2009 where I established 9 branches.

I was quickly promoted to Zonal Manager of Chhattisgarh state in the year 2011, where I again helped in boosting the operational spread of the company. In the year 2014, I was given the charge of Central Zone as a Zonal Manager. Today, I efficiently manage 37 branches that had been established during my career.

When I was in the initial stages of my career, my seniors recognized the potential in me. I had observed many troughs and peaks in this company that taught me the true essence of working in this sector for the growth of rural India.
