I joined the company on May 1st 2010 as an Appraisal Officer. When I joined this company, I got everything I was looking for in my professional career. It was during that time when the Area Manager went for a leave and I was made the area in-charge of Odisha – soon after that AP crisis took place.

Microfinance remained in a prolonged decline since AP crisis took place. Business started in the year 2012 and I was promoted to Area Manager in Western Odisha. When I started my career as an Area Manager there were 5 branches, which grew to 35 branches during my tenure. I was promoted to the position of Zonal Manager of Chhattisgarh state in 2016.

If the company maintained a growth of a hundred percent, my growth had been double! I wish to be associated with this company and make it reach to newer heights!
