Mr. Tara Prasad Mohapatra

I became a part of Annapurna in the year 2006. It was the time when the company was in its initial phase. I started as a Field Credit Officer in Khurda, Odisha. Later, I was transferred to Balipatna and subsequently to Balugaon – branches in Odisha. I have worked with these areas to mainstream the operations and take the services of the company to more and more households.

The situation was tough during the AP crisis, we had to work hard and smart at that time to overcome that period. As I recollect, I was playing a versatile role of looking after disbursement as well as collection process, besides the branch management works. It was one of those times that gave me satisfaction of serving my company!

In my service to this company, I have acted as a branch manager, as a unit manager, area manager and now I am the Zonal Manager of Jharkhand. I learnt from my seniors the very basics of operations as well as work culture in a Microfinance Company. I had a great journey in AMPL. If I have developed professionally in this company, so has the company developed over the period.

I have the will, skill and the energy to take this company to more heights and make it a bank someday!
